Thank you for shopping at Vibe India. We want you to love your purchase; however, due to the personal nature of perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care items, we have established the following policy to ensure health and safety standards.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns under the following specific conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items: If the product arrives leaked, broken, or with a faulty spray mechanism (for perfumes).
Incorrect Product: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
Unopened Items: If the product is in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging (with the plastic wrap/cellophane intact).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened or the seal broken:
Used or tested perfumes/colognes.
Opened cosmetics (lipsticks, foundations, mascaras, etc.).
Skincare and personal care products (creams, lotions, oils) for hygiene reasons.
Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or "Clearance" event.
3. Reporting a Problem
If your order is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
The "Unboxing" Requirement: To process a claim for damage, we strongly recommend providing a short unboxing video and photos of the damaged product and its outer packaging.

4. The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3–5 business days):
Approval: If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Timeline: The refund typically reflects in your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
COD Orders: Unavaliable.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged/wrong item), Vibe India will cover the return shipping costs.
If you are returning an unopened item for a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team.
